01. Situation
Online Retailer is Australia’s largest conference and exhibition for technology led retailers and retail enablers. With over 100 exhibitors and 85 speakers at the conference, OR approached us to create an app that would help delegates access information easily and quickly.

02. Challenges
An event of this scale requires a multitude of information to be conveyed to delegates. OR were faced with the time-consuming option of updating their CRM and manually inputting the same information into the app. The same process had to be completed for any information updates.

03. Solution
We suggested an API integration, which allowed the app to be updated the same time OR’s CRM was. This saved Reed Exhibition a lot of time.
